Who is responsible for your data
Del Security is responsible for the personal data you send us through this website. For any privacy question, email info@delsecurity.com.ar.
What we collect
- What you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, service of interest and message.
- What you send us by email or WhatsApp when you contact us directly.
To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify visitors: it only records aggregate data such as page views and country. We use no advertising tools. Fonts, images and video are served from the site itself.
How we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal if you asked for one, and keep in touch about that request. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
The form is processed by Formspree, a form delivery service with servers in the United States, which forwards your inquiry to us by email. Beyond that service, your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts, and afterwards only as long as legal obligations require. If we don't move forward with a project, we delete your inquiry on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to info@delsecurity.com.ar. We are governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326; the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for complaints.
If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including objection and portability, and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over encrypted connections only (HTTPS), and we apply to your data the same security standards we use with our clients.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
